In this agreement, "the Company" means Plain Harbor and its affiliates. "The Services" means any of our products. They come in two parts: (a) the harbor information server or "Server" that we host and run, or one of our third parties does; (b) the web application or "Application" that you run on your device.
When you agree to these terms, you get a license to use the Services. You can't: (a) use the Services for anything commercial or outside personal travel planning; (b) scrape, automate access, exploit, use unauthorized third-party software, or modify the application; (c) create unauthorized ways to access the Services, like alternative servers or unofficial content distribution; (d) disrupt the Services, the Servers, the Applications, or other users' experience in any way; (e) break any law or regulation while using the Services.
You confirm you have the right to bind yourself to this agreement where you live. If you're a parent or guardian, you can bind a minor on their behalf.
Everything in the Services belongs to us or our collaborators. That includes user accounts, code, compiled binaries, text, images, maps, artwork, data, sounds, and photography.
We can suspend, delete, or modify your account whenever we want, for any reason, without telling you first.
We're not liable for losses, damage, injury, costs, or expenses from the Services or how you use them. This covers lost booking info, accounts, reservations, data, or device problems. We're also not responsible for service interruptions. That means connection failures, errors or bugs that block access, or poor performance and lag. You agree to protect us from any losses, claims, liabilities, damage, or expenses that come from your use of the Services.
We can end this agreement whenever we decide, for any reason, without notice.
We can change what's in this agreement or the Services anytime, whenever we choose.
